Plain language on what information we collect through this site and how it’s used.
What we collect
When you submit the Request an Appointment, Gift Cards, or Membership form, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, service address (for appointment requests only), preferred service, date and time, and any notes you include. If you use the address field's autocomplete, what you type is sent to OpenStreetMap's free Nominatim service to suggest matching addresses; we don't control or store what Nominatim does with that query beyond the suggestion it returns.
How we use it
Your submission is emailed directly to Nir Studio so we can follow up and confirm your request. We don't maintain a separate marketing database, sell your information, or share it with third parties for advertising. We don't use your information for anything beyond responding to the request you submitted.
Where it's processed
Form submissions are delivered via Resend, our email provider. If live booking is enabled, scheduling is handled by Cal.com; if analytics are enabled, we use Umami, which is designed to collect only anonymized, aggregate visit data. It doesn't use cookies or track you individually. The site itself is hosted on Vercel, which, like any web host, keeps standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) for security and performance.
How long we keep it
We don't operate a customer database on this website; submissions live in our email inbox for as long as needed to schedule and complete your service, consistent with normal business recordkeeping.
Your choices
You're always free to decline to provide information beyond what's required to fulfill a request. If you'd like us to delete information you've previously submitted, let us know through the Request an Appointment form and reference this policy; we'll handle it directly since we don't have a public support inbox.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle information changes meaningfully, we'll update this page. Last updated: September 2026.
